Accountable Workforce Transformation and Consulting was established to sustain a healthcare ecosystem with the oversight of Accountable’s Board of Nursing Executives. The ecosystem that Accountable creates touches an entire community, partnering with Physician Groups, Medical Centers, Long-Term Care and Sub-Acute facilities, and helps follow the patient back to the home. Accountable has aligned with strategic partners to support any contract labor position that could possibly be needed by a hospital or healthcare system.

The focus is to maximize patient outcomes in a cost-effective manner.
