    Our vendor-neutral method allows for real-time distribution of needs to all vendors; this maximizes quality candidates and keeps rates competitive.  We pre-screen candidate profiles and help coordinate interviews allowing you to re-allocate your full-time employee resources.

  • On-boarding

    We ensure all contractors are credentialed to partner requirements and coordinate with partners’ Education and Security departments to ensure all HCPs are set for orientation.

  • Credentialing

    Supported by Accountable’s Clinical Team leadership, Accountable’s Credentialing team ensures HCPs meet our healthcare partners’ Human Resources and Occupational Health requirements

  • Consulting

    Accountable’s holistic talent acquisition assessment will help stabilize your workforce and improve patient outcomes while reducing contract labor utilization.

Mitigation

Clinical vetting: you can be assured with our fourteen unique points of verification, we provide quality, reliable staffing solutions to our partner organizations and a wonderful company reputation for our associates. Some of our key quality indicators include verification of certifications and licenses, recent experience in the discipline, reference checks, AHS orientation, and Joint Commission and OSHA mandatory in-services completion.

On-going compliance monitoring: All credentials and exams are computerized via Joint Commission-approved Stafferlink, TSS, and RSS software, so we stay on top of due dates. Anyone with expired credentials cannot be scheduled through our system.

We additionally provide monthly monitoring of government searches and license/certifications:

Office Inspector General(OIG), System for Award Management(SAM), National Sex Offender Public Registry(NSOPR), Nursys, Nursing Online Verification
